Office of Dr. Sam Adams
We at Creekside Animal Hospital use knowledge, skills, abilities
and diagnostic tools to treat and prevent disease in the family
pets. Dr. Sam Adams, who has practiced in the Cumming area for
over six years, graduated from Middle Tennessee State University
and from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary
Medicine. Dr. Adams also completed course study in veterinary
acupuncture at the Chi Institute in Gainesville Fl.
